Jo, from Newbury, talks about his decision to become a solicitor, from spending school holidays visiting the County Court to listen to his dad presiding over cases as a magistrate to the training he had. He now works as the Head of the Inheritance Team, at Gardener Leader, in charge of wills, trusts and Inheritance Tax- reducing the impact of Inheritance tax. During lockdown and an increase in demand for writing wills, Jo explains the difficulties and changes that became necessary as well as the cost of having a will written. Jo has been very much involved in cricket and charity work and he ends by telling us about his adventures of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.
