Donnington Valley is a members and residents only gym, with facilities including a spectacular 18 metre pool, dance studio, treatments rooms and relaxation room.

In February 2022 their gym had a full refurbishment – they are the first in the South West to offer a full suite of the latest Matrix technology.

Matrix redefines the exercise experience with dynamic performance, sleek design, advanced functionality, and exclusive workout programs, from Les Mills BODYPUMP TM and circuit training to lower impact Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates, allowing you to change up your routine and maximise results.

They also like to relax, so they also have 8 treatment rooms, fully qualified therapists and a list of heavenly treatments for you to choose from.
