Along the way, you’ll discover simple techniques that will help you understand flavour and adapt recipes with confidence in your own kitchen.

A choice of Tawa Paneer or Tawa Chicken is available when booking, making this class suitable for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

You will learn to cook:

  • Tawa Paneer or Tawa Chicken (choice made at the time of booking)
  • Vegetable Pulao
  • Kachumber
  • Shrikhand

For lunch you will enjoy the fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
