You will learn to cook:
Tavuk Sis – Marinated chicken shish kebabs with garlic, yoghurt and lemon.
Babaganush – Roasted smoked aubergine with tahini and lemon with chili topping
Balli pancar – Beetroot with honey, hazelnuts, fennel seeds and orange on the bed
of whipped feta
Muhammara – Roasted red peppers, walnuts and pomegranate mezze
Pide – Flat bread with sesame seeds
