Our Head Chef, Darren Booker-Wilson, has brought back some great British favourites using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious, hearty dishes.
Highlights of the new menu include homemade crispy chilli beef, Rump of New Season Lamb, Lentils and Spring Vegetables, Minted New Potatoes and Mushroom Wellington, Mushroom Ketchup, Truffle Sauce. For those who can’t resist, the Chocolate Nemesis, Vanilla Ice Cream, Honeycomb is our favourite!
