Their objectives are based around responsible stewardship providing exceptional experiences, with fantastic hospitality, regenerating not only the flora and fauna on the land, but also everyone who steps onto the estate.

Together, they form a living, breathing estate where heritage, community and sustainability come together in harmony.
From the fields and woodlands to the lakes and heritage homes, every part of Wasing is shaped by care, creativity and connection to nature.
Their farm underpins our ‘Estate to Plate’ ethos by providing delicious organic produce and Wasing Wellbeing offers the opportunity to connect with self, each other and nature through rejuvenating retreats & wild swimming.
Weddings
Wasing Park is exclusively yours and encompasses everything to bring the wedding of your dreams to life.
In a quintessentially English setting, full of sophistication and elegance, is the lovingly restored traditional farm hamlet of Wasing.
Romantic farm buildings sit alongside the 15th century Parish Church of St Nicholas, including the majestic grade II listed Castle Barn, a Granary sat proudly on its staddle stones and a fairy tale Dovecote, which are all at the heart of this award-winning barn wedding venue.
With a Victorian Summerhouse and a glass walled Garden Room for ceremonies, luxurious boutique rooms, a Honeymoon Suite to die for, a bridal cottage the night before the big day, a groom’s room and an after party late night bar, simply nothing has been forgotten.
Wasing Fisheries
Wasing Fisheries offer exclusive, membership-only use of the extensive lakes and rivers situated within the Estate and Kennet Valley.
The waters provide a calm, tranquil space creating not only a haven for those that appreciate and enjoy country pursuits but for an abundance of wildlife too including Bitterns, Egrets, Hobbies, Swans numerous Kingfishers, and a vast variety of specimens making it a truly special place for quality fishing.
Marina
In the heart of the Thames Valley, Frouds Bridge Marina is set within calm and peaceful grounds joining the Kennet and Avon canals and rivers.
The marina is bursting with wildlife including several varieties of fish, herons, cormorants, moor hens, otters, badgers, mink, water voles, birds of prey and around 10 different species of bat and they strive to balance the needs of the boats whilst promoting great habitat for flora and fauna.
The marina was established in 1997 providing moorings for 100 boats.
Popularity grew to a point where a second basin was dug to provide another 60 moorings.
Totalling 160 moorings using the 9,000ft of wooden jetties, Frouds Bridge provides a spacious and boat-focused marina.
