 They believe in serving high-quality, seasonal dishes sourced from the local area. The reputation they have established for their food means a great deal to them.
The Royal Oak is an ideal venue for a light lunch, delicious three course dinner, traditional Sunday lunch with the family or just a casual pint with a sharing platter.
 Planning a walk? There are fantastic country walks starting (and finishing!) from the pub. You are welcome to meet in their carpark where they will take a pre-order for lunch and have it ready and waiting for you when you return.
Celebrating with friends? They can offer a private dining room for up to 20 people (please contact them to discuss menus).
Quiet night in? All their menu is available to takeaway. You can even have a quick pint whilst you wait to collect your order.
  Warming and comfortable, the bar is the kind of place where long evenings begin.
Their local real ales, such as Triple fff's Moondance, are extremely popular as is the  great wine list and an impressive choice of spirits.
During the summer, why not relax at Big Ed’s Rum Shack in their spacious garden.
During the winter as the log fires burn, you’ll be happy to allow a few hours to slip by in cosy surroundings.
