The Ravioli Marathon

A step up from their ‘Pasta Class’: they will start from easy Tagliatelle then quickly move on to traditional Ravioli and Tortelloni but also more modern filled Pappardelle and their usual show stopper: the single ‘Egg Raviolo’.
This class is fun, informative and easier than you think.
After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
