You will learn to cook:Â Â
- Dukkah labne mezze – Labne with lemon, fresh green chillies topped with caramelized dates and dukkah- Egyptian spice mix.
- Kibbeh – Bulgur and potato shell filled with spiced lamb mince and toasted walnuts served on the warm creamy tangy yoghurt sauce topped with red pepper tomato pine nuts salsa.Â
- Malfouf – shredded red and green cabbage, radish, carrots with mix fresh herbs and zesty and tangy sumac vinaigrette
- Katmer – Pistachio cream filled filo pastry squares served with aromatic sherbet and fresh fruit
For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
