On a chilly day there’s nothing more comforting than a pie served steaming hot straight from the oven.

A traditional pie usually comes with a pastry topping but versions with potatoes, crumbs or streusel are equally delicious.

Pies can be sweet or savoury, family sized or hand held- the sky’s the limit!

Their chef will guide you through the process of making shortcrust and suet pastry and assembling your pies with plenty of hints, tips and shortcuts along the way.

You will learn to cook:

  • Roasted cauliflower cheese filo pie
  • Double crusted root vegetable, cheddar and sherry pie
  • Chicken and ham pot pie
  • Mini apple crumble pies

After the class you will sit down and enjoy fruits of your labour with a tasty glass of wine.
