Their chef will guide you through a carefully curated menu of traditional dishes with a modern touch, giving you the confidence to recreate the recipes at home.
You will learn to cook:
- Moules marinière
- Lyonnaise salad, served warm with bacon and croutons
- Poulet Breton, café de Paris butter
- Plum clafoutis, orange crème fraiche
For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
