The Head Chef Toby has worked in premium London gators pubs, Hong Kong restaurants and has a combined his knowledge of local and worldwide flavours to create a range of menus for light lunches, long dinners, weekend treats and fantastic private events.

The drinks are the same … very carefully chosen for balance, range and price. Craft beers and wines, cocktails and proper soft drinks from small scale producers

And they like it just so … the right ingredients, perfectly cooked, simply presented.

The dolphin offer homemade cakes, mains and bar snacks.

Their wonderful garden has three heated huts and a heated pergola and by using their App to order and pay you can remain safely in your seat should you wish!

Their five boutique rooms are fresh and simple with the most deliciously comfortable beds, rainfall showers, great wifi, laptop safes, cotton sheets, limitless pillows and bramble soaps.

Coffee is on the house, but come and have it downstairs and join them for drinks before dinner in the bar … continental breakfast is help yourself in their breakfast room .....its just like being at home …

They don’t do dressing gowns, slippers, trouser presses,  … this is about a lovely evening and great nights sleep, not plumping up your bill…
