About the Tutor

Sasi Krishnan is a regular tutor at Honesty Cookery School, teaching South Indian home cooking rooted in everyday meals and practical technique.

Her classes focus on understanding flavours, balance and methods, so students leave with the confidence to recreate dishes at home rather than simply follow recipes.

Class Overview
This class explores classic South Indian home cooking through a small, well – balanced menu, cooked from scratch and guided step by step.

The focus is on flavour, technique and how these dishes come together as part of a home – style meal.
