A creation of Camila, a certified Yoga instructor and hypnotherapist, who envisioned a place where people could enhance their well-being.

Before the age of machinery, horses were the power of farming.

It now occupies a converted cart shed which was once used to store the machines and carts pulled by the horses.

The oak framed barn has its original features which was the inspiration to preserve this building no longer suitable for agriculture into a sanctuary of wellness.

Now they are able to share this wonderful building and its history with you.

Some of their Practioners……

Classes with Camila will be dynamic and fluid, with focus on breath linking to movement. Camila also gained a qualification in Pregnancy Yoga with ZenMuma in 2021.

More recently in 2025 Camila gained her mat Pilates qualification and offers classes that are influenced by both Pilates exercises with essentials of breath, alignment, stabilisation and core activation and linking this with the flow and meditative essence of yoga.

Camila is a qualified hypnotherapist, gaining a diploma in 2022 with Chrysalis Courses. Focusing mainly on weight issues, anxiety and confidence and offers adhoc sessions on this.

Kemba is as a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, emotional freedom technique (EFT) practitioner, and hypnotherapist, she is  dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back.

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, she works with each individual to create a personalised treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and concerns.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue,  she is there to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.

Marianne has lived in the Burghfield and Mortimer area since 1988 and has spent most of those years walking and running through the surrounding fields and woods.

She has a background in marketing and ran her own gift company for 10 years.

However she has always really enjoyed fitness training, including circuits and skiing, walking, hiking and running, and completed three marathons in 2006-2008.

More recently she trained as a Pilates instructor, qualifying in 2021.

She offers a series of mat based beginner and intermediate Pilates classes in the area.

She believes that the benefits of greater core strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and co-ordination that Pilates brings are partnered by a sense of greater well being and a reduction in anxiety, largely created by the deep breathing and flow of the exercises as well as the time given over to investing in the mind and body.

During each class participants will warm up all the joints, exercise the entire body from head to toe, and finish with ‘cool down’ stretches.

Her Pilates classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels and, whilst many participants use the classes to compliment other sports and exercise classes, they can also be used as the one bit of ‘me time’ during the week.
