She started Samantha’s Mini Bites in July 2020 when I had a light bulb  moment whilst baking cupcakes with my children. 

She creates delicious Graze and Food Platters designed for every occasions.

Theplatters are made with love and attention to details and designed to make your occasion stress free. 

​She works closely with other small business within Berkshire to provide good quality and locally sourced produced.  

The ethos is simple, delicious and affordable finger food with their customers in mind. 

Their platters are made for sharing as they believe that the best part of having a meal is when people come together to eat and be merry. 

​Their Unique and speedy way to get the party started without having to wait hours for your display to be done which also saves you money as you do not need to hire your venue for hours for your food display, Instead it arrives already done, simply lay them on a surface of your choice and get ready to dig in.
