The Chemistry of Cooking: A Year of Creative Kitchen Confidence

Step away from the recipe book and learn to cook with real understanding.

These hands-on evening classes are designed to unlock the why behind great cooking – the chemistry, the techniques, and the instincts that give you true freedom in the kitchen.

Each month they’ll explore a different theme – from the perfect stir-fry to the art of roasting, from the secrets of emulsions to the magic of bread doughs.

You’ll watch live demos, taste variations, and then cook your own dish to enjoy around the table with fellow food lovers.

No rigid recipes.

No pressure.

Just science, creativity and flavour.

Leave each session not only with a delicious dinner, but with the confidence to improvise, adapt, and make every meal your own.

Classes run 6.30-9.00 pm, on the first Tuesday of the month.

Spaces are limited to keep things relaxed and interactive – so book early to secure your spot.
