Paul Presents- Marsden’s Confectionary with Alex Marsden- Smedley and Pyrography with Margo Payne
Delving into the making of fudge and chocolates, we learn all about Marsden’s Confectionary, before the arts and techniques of Pyrography. It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas!
Marsden’s Confectionery, winner of 17 awards is highly successful home-based business, making a range of fudge and chocolates to traditional recipes of the highest quality and excellence.
The award winning signature Vanilla Fudge is made using Alex’s Grandmother’s recipe, a traditional recipe without the use of additives and artificial flavouring’s. Whilst it has a smooth, creamy melt-in-the-mouth consistency, it is also delightfully crumbly and has often been likened to Scottish Tablet. Vogue Magazine described the Vanilla Fudge as “second to none”!
