Open Farm Sun­day is a fab­u­lous oppor­tu­ni­ty to con­nect farm­ers and the pub­lic to dis­cov­er the cru­cial work farm­ers do pro­duc­ing food, nur­tur­ing nature, and pro­tect­ing the envi­ron­ment for future generations.

Join them for next year’s Open Farm Sun­day on Sun­day 8^th June 2025 .

The event will be based from their main farmyard, with farm information, food, and machinery displays, as well as self guided walks, and guided talks on poultry and sheep enterprises.

Tractor and trailer rides will operate from this site to allow guided tours of the cattle and arable enterprises, as well as viewing the beautiful water meadows and environmental stewardship schemes in action.

The Benham Estate is a 2200ha rural estate hosting a range of enterprises, including 900ha of arable crops, a 150 strong herd of store cattle, 950 head flock of North Country Mules, 30,000 organic, free range hens, as well as fishing and forestry enterprises.
