They are delighted to announce the launch of their new Fine Dining Train, ‘The Watercress Belle’.

Enjoy a delicious, contemporary 3 course meal and fine wines while savouring the opulent comfort in 1st Class carriages of this beautifully restored, 70-year-old train.

At the 3 course dinner guests will enjoy a delicious, fine dining experience with all courses created using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, brought to you by Lemon Stone Events.

There will also be an extensive wine menu to include English sparkling wines from across Hampshire.

With the addition of the warm ambience of richly upholstered seats, original wooden interiors, cosy table lamps in the windows, curtains, and tables with white damask cloths, it will be an unforgettable experience.

For this inaugural fine dining service, all guests booking the 3-course dinner are invited to a complimentary glass of Hattingley Valley English Sparkling Wine where Alan Titchmarsh will officially cut the ribbon of The Watercress Belle.
