You will learn:
- Hand made corn tortillas
- Salsas: pico de gallo, sweetcorn and black bean, pink pickled onions
- Chargrilled courgettes with whipped feta, lime chilli sauce
- Tinga de pollo (chicken tinga)
- Esquites
- Frijoles refritos rápidos
After the class you will enjoy a delicious lunch cooked by you, complemented by a tasty glass of wine.
