  • Sumakli arpacik pilavi – Sumac and carrots tangy orzo pilaf
  • Haydari – Creamy yoghurt dip topped with mint infused olive oil and crunchy walnuts
  • Fattous – fresh salad with toasted pitta and lemon tahini dressing
  • Kaymakli Kayisi – Fragrant poached dried apricots in light syrup with clotted cream and walnuts
