Discover the Art of Craft Gin Making at Hawkridge Distillers’ Distillery

The building of Hawkridge Distillers has been a labour of love for Phil, James and Robin.  

Lovers of premium spirits and all qualified distillers, in 2018 they decided to turn their hobby and passion into a reality. 

The mission was simple:  to create a brand synonymous with small batch, exquisite spirits.

From the distillery’s first distillations in 2018, the Hawkridge team has developed its own award winning range of spirits. 

Amongst the company’s bespoke spirit clients are many of the world’s finest hotels, restaurants, retailers, and celebrities.

From humble beginnings in their small distillery in the North Wessex Downs, Hawkridge has moved into its new home in the picturesque village of Hampstead Norreys. 

The beautiful new distillery and visitor centre has been purpose built in a converted 17th Century Barn. 

Sympathetic to the original craftsmanship of the building, Hawkridge has retained all of the cathedral-like timber architecture of the original barn which complements their brand perfectly, contextualising their products in the rich history of England and creating one of the country’s most beautiful distilleries.
