Introducing Recovery in Mind

Our co-produced team of Peer Trainers and Occupational Therapists run free blended courses for any adult living in West Berkshire who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or any other mental health or wellbeing challenge.

We are one in over a hundred recovery colleges in England and have been running free courses in the Newbury area for over 6 years, helping over 350 people across West Berkshire.

We support and teach students the tools and skills to self-manage their mental health, enabling them to move on with their life, gaining hope, self-compassion, positivity and the confidence that they can move on with their lives again.

Some of our popular topics include learning skills in, positive thinking, coping and defeating anxiety, self-compassion skills, feeling hopeful and not hopeless and so much more.

‘The Recovery in Mind courses have taught me how to gain control of my mental health, it’s given me the confidence to move forward. I’ve met new friends and can now cope with my stress and anxiety so much more. A very positive experience, something I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with their thoughts and mental health. ‘

Remember our courses are free and you don’t need a doctor’s referral.
