In this immersive class, you will make your own fresh egg pasta from scratch, learning to roll and shape tagliatelle and Tortelli as well as the most delicate artichoke Lasagna.

Together they’ll prepare a classic seasonal sauce and enjoying the generosity that define this region’s cooking.

The class finishes with the iconic chocolate Torta Tenerina or Mattonella rich and softly set in the centre.

For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
