Sumak Salata –Â Turkish salad made from fresh tomatoes, onions, pomegranate molasses and spices
Humus – Green chilies, fresh herbs and lemon humus variations and toppings
Sömelek köfte – Bulgur and lamb meatballs boiled then sautéed in a buttery tomato and red pepper sauce.Â
Zahter pide – Small flat bread topped with thyme, olive oil and herbs
