Flames and Grills
Turn the heat up and cook with a bit of attitude.
Think char, smoke, sticky marinades, outrageous flavour and barbecue food that actually tastes like summer.
You’ll leave with the confidence to cook over fire without standing there quietly panicking.
Enjoy all of the dishes on the course for your lunch and sit outside in the sunshine (weather permitting, of course).
All leftover dishes can be taken home to be enjoyed later, along with all of the recipes from the course.
Course Difficulty: Beginner
Highlights:
- Learn how to manage heat and flame on your barbecue
- Spice rubs and marinades
- Spiced slow-cooked pulled pork shoulder bun
- Homemade BBQ sauce
- Sesame, soy and green bean slaw
- Green chilli, lime and coriander prawn skewers
