Join them in the heart of their market garden for Fire & Salt, an evening where fresh, seasonal produce takes centre stage.

Head Chef Mark will select ingredients straight from the garden and cook them on the BBQ before your eyes, creating plates that celebrate the flavours of the day.

Arrive at 5:30 pm with a glass of All Angels sparkling wine, then settle in at 6:00 pm around the fire pit for an intimate, rustic dining experience.

Each guest will enjoy half a bottle of wine as part of the evening, pairing perfectly with the garden-to-plate creations.

With no set menu, every Fire & Salt dinner is unique, Mark’s dishes reflect what’s growing in the garden that morning, making each evening a fresh, seasonal celebration.
