Hosted by Ursula Ferrigno
As an Italian author and teacher who learned the art of cooking from Nonna in Minori, Ursula is deeply passionate about sharing practical hints and tips that make the culinary journey both exciting and fun.
Having been raised to deeply respect the immense bravery of fishermen who venture onto a fickle sea each day – never truly knowing what weather awaits them – she is incredibly eager to share this wonderful food, which is so frequently misunderstood.
Not only is fish nutritionally rich and utterly delicious, but it is also quick to cook, easy to prepare, and results in very little waste.
This class will be packed with valuable insights and techniques, ensuring you gain the confidence needed to feel genuinely proud of your new skills.
Dishes to include:
- Home smoked white fish dip with homemade crackers
- Confit of trout with pickled cucumbers and minted labne
- Seafood cous cous
After the class you will enjoy the fruits of your labour with a well paired glass of wine.
