This class focuses on simple, everyday Indian vegetable cooking, with an emphasis on balance, texture and practical technique.
The session is hands – on and rooted in home style methods, showing how a few well – chosen ingredients can come together to make a satisfying, complete meal.
Menu:
- Mixed Vegetable Poriyal – a South Indian style vegetable dish made with finely chopped cabbage, carrot, beans and peas, sautéed with coconut and gentle seasoning.
- Aubergine & Potato Curry – a South Indian vegetable curry, lightly spiced and cooked until soft and well coated.
- Chapati – plain, with an optional avocado variation.
- Simple Raita – a cooling yogurt accompaniment.
This class is ideal for anyone interested in building confidence with everyday Indian vegetable cooking and learning adaptable dishes suited to cooking at home.
For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine.
