Join them for a festive day of baking as you create a delicious collection of Christmas favourites to take home and enjoy with family and friends.
Perfect for beginners and confident bakers alike, this class will teach you the essential techniques behind successful baking, giving you the knowledge and confidence to recreate your bakes at home long after the class has finished.
During the day, you’ll make a classic chocolate Yule log filled with silky chocolate buttercream, bake traditional gingerbread cookies that can be decorated with royal icing or hung on the Christmas tree, and create a beautifully spiced treacle traybake that’s perfect for the festive table.
Everything you need is provided, including all ingredients, equipment and packaging to take your bakes home. You’ll also receive our tried and tested recipes and class notes, so you can recreate everything for family and friends whenever you like.

They can also arrange for parking immediately at the entrance door.
