The nearby market town of Newbury also offers a vast range of shops and amenities.
Communications are excellent, and it’s easy to get around by road via the A34 and M4 or by rail via Newbury or Didcot (both Paddington).
They have an excellent selection of food and drink options in Chieveley, including the Crab and Boar – who takes pride in showcasing the very best of fresh, local produce that honours the seasons.
The Olde Red Lion is also a fantastic traditional village pub and restaurant, with five B&B ensuite rooms.
