Boswells are set to return to Newbury in June 2026, at parkway.

The family-run café brand signs 15-year lease and prepares to open striking new venue this June.

Boswells was previously based at the Kennet Centre but had to relocate following the site’s planned redevelopment.

The new café will make full use of the unit’s large glazed windows, with plans for a high-quality interior fit-out and outdoor seating.

Parkway Shopping has worked closely with the business to secure a prominent new location in the centre.
