After School Club

If you are looking for a healthy fun way to introduce your child to performing arts, then this is the class for you.

Baby Jams

Baby Jams is a Baby Music Class for ages 0-1 and 1-3.

They gently expose little ears to an eclectic mix of music, rhythms, instruments and genres to ignite little listeners and immerse them into the wonderful world of music.

Ballet

Their baby ballet classes are designed for 2-4 year olds and are full of excitement and fun.

They believe in teaching children ballet through imagination and games.

Wands, wings and fairy things, cloaks, boats and pirates who sing!

BP Boys

Reuben, their Co-Director, grew up dancing in multiple Boys Dance Groups across Berkshire and Hampshire, such as Explosive and Nuclear Boys Company at Trinity School in Newbury, as well as WISE Boys Dance Company through Corn Exchange Newbury.

He was also a part of Zoielogic Dance Theatre’s FuzzyLogic Male Youth Dance Company for 10 years!

BP boys aimed to inspire lads to dance, with weekly classes hosted by two secondary schools, and online Zoom classes throughout 2020.

Classes focus on performance, fitness, contemporary dance techniques and improvisation.

Contemporary Dance

This class offers children the chance to learn modern routines combining lyrical and contemporary.

Their bright and bubbly teachers bring a new experience to learning contemporary, encouraging children to understand musicality and moving together.

Drama

Boogie Pumps Drama classes are a great way to build confidence, make friends and most importantly… have lots of FUN!

Children will enjoy exploring role play, improvisation, storytelling, poems and script work.

When you pick your children up they will be beaming with happiness and brimming with confidence!

Home Education

Boogie Pumps Newbury provides engaging and inclusive Home Education Dance classes for children aged 5 and above.

Designed to inspire creativity, confidence, and a love of movement, our sessions offer a supportive environment where young dancers can learn, express themselves, and stay active.

Musical Theatre

Does your child love to dance, sing and act?

Then their musical theatre club is the perfect class for them!

Each session is led in a workshop style, working towards creating a mini musical at the end of the term.

From Lion King to School Of Rock, you will explore a variety of musicals, developing different story lines through the main disciplines of performing arts.

Private Tuition

All options on their class list are available for private tuition, this can either be in the comfort of your own home or in a hired space.

They provide tailor made sessions for any group size whether that be 1 or 100 attendees.

Singing

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a singing superstar, their sessions are designed to bring out the very best in each and every little Rock star.

Their classes are fun, welcoming and celebrate the joy of singing.

Story Telling

Does your child love story time and making up magical stories to tell you?

Storytelling encourages creativity and reading in a magical environment.

Each lesson the students focus on a different story book, and develop their skills in performing arts, confidence, communication and reading comprehension.

Street Dancing

Street dance has become one of the most popular forms of dance, mainly due to its popularity on television shows, movies, videos and commercials.

Their classes are full of current pop songs that will keep you humming all the way home.

They will take you through a warm up and stretch, and teach you the latest tricks and skills before putting them all into practice in a fun and energising routine.

Yoga

They offer Yoga classes to all ages, from babies to adults!

Boogie Pumps yoga sessions include music your children will recognise and sing along to as they move and stretch our bodies.

These sessions aim to improve balance, flexibility & focus all while having fun.

They start the day with their welcome talk and some ice breaker games – this is a great way for the children to ease into the day and get to know each other.

Once they have made some new friends, it’s time to get your bodies moving with a super fun dance session.

After this energetic session they take a well deserved morning break!

Singing is next up (La la la la la!) followed by lunch – a chance to refuel after a busy morning.

The afternoon is then jam packed with lots of drama activities, crafts, afternoon break and plenty of games.
