Bloom & Bear is the creation of British surface print designer and maker Tee Stevenson.

A brand that brings you botanical styled prints in beautifully bold colour combinations with graphic layers of hand drawn illustrations, all inspired by nature.

Tee’s work celebrates the natural world and her passion for flowers grown in her own garden.

She creates many of her designs for traditional silk screen which are individually printed by Tee onto a range of handcrafted stationery items, all from her garden studio.

You can also discover blooming collections of floral fabrics, printed onto woven natural cottons.

The original designs for Bloom & Bear prints are created using traditional and modern methods
such as watercolour, pen and ink sketching plus digital processes to create decorative ranges of handcrafted homeware & accessories for you and your home.

All Bloom & Bear items are designed, printed and made in the UK.

Throughout her career in the design industry, Tee has learnt that creating your own style and making your own mark is the most rewarding experience. She doesn't conform to trends but will offer a polite nod to them.

Her work is always inspired by the wonder of plant life and botanical forms.

She truly believes there is a natural beauty to be found in the ‘chaos of nature’ and the way in which it grows, flows and envelops the surroundings

She finds this can either be bold and energizing or calm and relaxing.

She strives to capture these feelings in her designs so that you too can celebrate nature in the comfort of your home.

Bloom & Bear’s biophilic prints are creative expressions that will make your rooms bloom.

We all have the option to make responsible choices in how we live and what we buy.

Bloom & Bear strive to ensure products are created with as little impact on the environment as possible and continually seek to make improvements regarding suppliers, stock and sourcing materials for a more sustainable way of living.

Recycled paper is used wherever possible and the majority of stock used for greeting cards is certified by the FSC.

Only natural, organic cottons and unbleached luxury linen fabrics are sourced for the creation of Bloom & Bear homeware and accessories.

They are printed using water-based pigment inks that do not contain any harmful substances.

Designs are printed on OEKO-TEX 100 certified fabric using OEKO-TEX Eco Passport certified ink. 

All Bloom & Bear heavyweight cottons are GOTS certified organic.

Product packaging is kept to a minimum. Plastic packaging, bags or wraps are rejected in favour of alternative products that are made from plant based materials.

These are fully biodegradable and compostable.

The aim is to celebrate the natural world without it costing the earth.
