Birch Bread are a small retail and wholesale artisan bakery based on the High Street in Pangbourne, Berkshire.
They make amazing bread, cakes, pastries and savouries freshly baked each morning on the premises using the best, highest quality ingredients.
As proud members of the Real Bread Campaign they make all of their products without preservatives or additives. All their cakes are made with organic flour and local free range eggs. Their sourdough takes three days to make and their pastries too, ensuring great depth of flavour.
