You love the wine, you’ve seen where the grapes come from, you’ve heard how they blend BUT have you actually experienced a blending session?

If not, read on…

They have only a couple more spaces to sit down with them at Church Farm as we take you through the art of blending.

Beginning with a selection of first wine pressings from their 2025 harvest to sample, they will walk through how they blend them and use your input as to how much of each wine they add to produce a potential 2025 sparkling wine.

Once they’ve collectively decided on a blend, they will serve you a glass from their current releases, depending on which one is closest to the blend they’ve created.

It can takethems days to agree on the best blend, but you need only allow 2hr 30mins for this experience!

Alongside this unique experience, they will be serving enticing platters of locally sourced cheese, charcuterie and Berkshire trout to nibble on.
