Another Soup Recipe

Ingredients 

120grams baby spinach 

120grams mustard leaves or chickery leaves 

3 green apples

1 pint of vegetable stock 

Salt and pepper to taste

Method 

Peel and core the apples wash the leaves and add to the stock 

Bring to the boil and simmer until the apples are tender 

Let the mixture cool slightly and then liquidise until smooth 

Now add the salt and pepper to taste 

Refrigerate if having as a cold soup 

Serve and enjoy
