You will make: Lasagne sheets, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and Tagliolini, Fusilli Orecchiette.
You will listen to the story of the perfect marriage between pasta shapes and sauces.
Make coloured pasta with spinach and beetroot, shape ravioli and prepare a delicious sauce to go with it to enjoy it at the end of the course.
For lunch you will enjoy fruits of your labour, impeccably paired with a glass of fine wine.
