Birds and a Brew for November is Birds and Colour at The Nature Discovery Centre

Join them for a brew, a talk about birds and nature, and a walk to see what you can find.

Brighten-up a winter’s day and feast your eyes on a range of colourful birds.

But why do birds’ colours vary so much, between species and over seasons?

From Peacocks to Puffins, Colour can tell us a lot what it is to be a bird.

Most areas of the site are generally accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters but can be more difficult after rain. 

No permitted

Dogs are welcome on the reserve, but please keep them out of the lake. They ask that you keep dogs under close control at all times.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside the visitor centre on a lead.
