Architectural Viewpoints in a Mixed Media
Artist Lucy Jones is inspired by Georgian Architecture, using a distinctive and unique combination of materials including collage, paint, print making and drawing, to reconstruct distinctively ‘Edinburgh’ architectural features. Students look at viewpoints, as well as line, perspective and detailed elements when creating the piece referencing paintings from this artist to inspire their work. Using mixed media and cut paper, ink washes and line work. Please bring watercolours and paint brushes if you have them. Carefully guided expert tuition is given throughout the day
