Thames Valley Wine school are thrilled to announce that they have lined up a venue in Newbury to host tastings.
So if you are local to Newbury they will be bringing a range of tastings to the upstairs bar at The Goat on the Roof on Bridge Street.
Introducing Kay
That is not all, they have also teamed up with a fantastic local wine expert Kay Smitham to help deliver their tasting events in Newbury.
Kay’s passion for wine began in a wine shop with a view of the Teton Mountains and 30, 000 bottles in the cellar, this evolved during her subsequent corporate career where she had the fortune of experiencing wine around the world.
Following completion of the WSET Level 2 wine course, Kay came to her senses and in 2019 switched corporate London for a career in wine.
Since then, she has completed her wine diploma, hosted over 2,000 people for wine-tasting events and experiences, and also spends a large amount of her time consulting for an English Sparkling Wine Producer .
