The former Winterbourne Arms Pub has undergone a complete transformation into Damson Restaurant by Henry Kremer-Ireson, formerly of Henry & Joe’s.
Damson is humble, relaxed and refined ingredient led dining, with a focus on flavour & down to earth approach to service.
Their 9 cover experimental Sloe chefs table opening 2024, utilising their kitchen garden and nearby plots.

The long wait is finally over and Damson will open on the 16th August, after a small couple of training sessions.

They have taken a dilapidated pub in the quaint village of Winterbourne and turned it into something TRUELY special.
A Circa 26 cover restaurant downstairs, alongside our immersive chefs table, Sloe for up to 10 covers upstairs.
Simply put, ingredient led, balanced, flavoured focused food, with attentive warm and relaxed service.
