Alex is from the Thames Valley Wine School and today he talks to us about wines from his wealth of knowledge about wine.
Trained as a wine expert, he has worked for The Tate Gallery amongst other places and shares some insights into wine pairings, some hints for Christmas wines, what temperature to serve wine and new beers and larger on the market.
They are a local, independent wine, beer and spirits education and events company that specialises in hosting tastings and events in Reading and the surrounding area. (Hoping to soon move more into the West Berkshire area)
All their events are designed to appeal to everyone and to be fun.
Wine is there to be enjoyed so why should learning about it be any different?
