Santosh joins The Pheasant Inn in Shefford Woodlands as their new Head Chef of their Kitchen.

Santosh previously worked at The Pot Kiln, where he and his team achieved entry into The Michelin Guide this year.

Santosh loves showcasing his culinary skill with beautifully executed Fish dishes along with his Signature Lamb Shoulder dish.

His experience in Rosette & Michelin Kitchen’s will enable the menu to continuously develop with their ever changing seasons focusing on only the best seasonal ingredients to allow the Menu to flourish.
