Traditional all English Wiltshire cured back bacon and Ham’s, oak-smoked and un-smoked from Case & Sons, Liverwittscombe. (All rashers hand sliced, not vac packed).

Their wide range of traditional specialist sausages are made from fresh whole cuts of pork, low in fat, low in salt and high in meat content.

In season, local game is always available including venison, rabbit, hare, grouse, pheasant, partridge, pigeon and duck.
