Tickets must be booked in advance and we ask customers to select an e-ticket if possible. If you are unable to book an e-ticket, please speak to our Box Office team.
We will be limiting the number of people admitted to each event to ensure appropriate social distancing and will be leaving seats between each group. To facilitate social distancing, we have implemented a new way of booking online. You will see that there are seats available in bubbles of different group sizes and you will need to select the one that is appropriate for your booking. You must select a bubble which fits with your group size otherwise the system will not proceed with the booking. For example, if you try to book two seats in a bubble which is designed for four, the booking will not go through and you will need to select a bubble of two seats. If you require a bubble size which is not available please contact the Box Office and they will assist with your booking. You must only book tickets for people in your household. If you wish to come with someone who is not in your household, they will need to book tickets in a separate transaction. This is for the purposes of Track and Trace and so that we can ensure that government guidelines are being adhered to for the safety of all of our visitors.
