This workshop offers the opportunity to create your own interpretation of a still life set up, taking inspiration from early 20th century and contemporary artists. A series of exercises are designed to give you the confidence to pare down the inessential to arrive at the essence of the subject. You will work on a canvas or board to create a finished oil painting. Composition and use of colour will be important considerations to be covered during the process.
