Fresh Pasta Making

In Italy hardly a meal is served without pasta, it is the most important part of a meal. Join Mariella to discover the delights of making fresh pasta from scratch. You will be taught the traditional egg pasta but also the water based semolina style pasta perfect for vegetarians and vegans, as well as learning to colour and shape your pasta, all while Mariella tells the story of the perfect combinations of pasta shapes and sauces.
Your course will culminate in a meal of fresh pasta and a sauce that you will learn to prepare.
