Antipasto, Aperitivo and Picnic
In celebration of National Picnic Week, Mariella Bliss, our popular Italian tutor, returns to the cookery school bringing a taste of the Summer to come. In this class you will learn how to make some of the joyful small bites redolent of Italy including, torta pasqualina, pizette, mini arancini, mini pannacotta and many more recipes that are fun to make and incredibly versatile depending on your occasion – from an informal picnic to a classy aperitivo or buffet party.
Maximum class size 8. All levels of ability welcome.
