Fresh Pasta and Sauces Masterclass
We are pleased to be able to rerun this popular Italian class, taught by our Neapolitan tutor Mariella Bliss.
In Italy hardly a meal is served without pasta, it is the most important part of a meal. Join Mariella to discover the delights of making fresh pasta from scratch. You will be taught the traditional egg pasta, but also the water based semolina style pasta perfect for vegans. In addition you will learn to colour and shape your pasta while Mariella will tell the story of the perfect combinations of pasta shapes and sauces.
Your course will culminate in a meal of fresh pasta and a sauce that you will learn to prepare, accompanied by a complementary glass of wine.
